Thanks to the RBKC Grenfell Community Support funding, We will be launching our new "Relax and Revive" Pilot programme on 21st May. the Pilot will last 4 months.

This project is only available to People living within a 500metre boundary from Grenfell tower, or who lived within that area in June 2017.

If you live within this area and are eligible, Massage sessions will be open for booking on line or by phone from the 23rd April.

Watch out for the Grenfell Community Support Newsletter, which will have all the booking details.

Community Massage London CIC (CML) is pleased to be working in partnership with Golborne Hearted to offer Golborne residents access to free massage and reflexology sessions as part of a 9-week pilot project.
Seated Massage (fully clothed)

Based on Chinese acupressure, using gentle pressure and movement to the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands through clothing.

Not suitable for leg pain.

Reflexology (foot or hand)

Uses specific techniques to stimulate reflex points on the feet or hands, encouraging deep relaxation. Shoes and socks will need to be removed. If you have leg pain, choose this, rather than seated massage.
Time and Location

Thursdays, 2pm - 6pm, from 29th Jan, at Bay 20 Community Centre, 71 St Marks Road, London W10 6JG

Saturday, 11am - 3pm, Kensal Library, 20 Golborne Rd, London W10 5PF

Notes: if you have an appointment between 1pm and 2 pm, you need to arrive early or enter from the back entrance as the main library entrance is closed.

30 min each session

For Golborne residents only: appointments are filling fast, there are more slots available on Saturday sessions.

So far our go fund me page has raised £3729 towards helping us to continue to run sessions in the community in Hammersmith and Fulham and Kensington and Chelsea.
