A huge thank you to for an incredible week of fundraising and awareness.

From mini marathons taking place across schools, to today’s inspiring school to school relay, the effort, energy and support from everyone involved has been amazing to see.

Today’s relay covered over 25 miles, with pupils running from school to school, supported every step of the way by the loudest and proudest cheer squads. Every single runner and supporter should feel incredibly proud.

All funds raised are helping us continue delivering vital Mini Medics first aid sessions across schools, giving young people the confidence and skills to step in during an emergency.

Grateful to have been part of the Merseyside Police “Dear Merseyside” event over the last 2 days.

Working alongside and some incredible organisations, it was brilliant to spend time with young people from across the region — listening, learning and having open conversations about the challenges they face in their communities.

The workshops delivered were amazing and so impactful, with each organisation bringing something so important to the table.

Being able to talk about the campaign and share potentially life-saving first aid skills means so much.

Their honesty, awareness and willingness to be part of the solution was inspiring, the next generation really do step up when given the chance.

📣 Merseyside schools! join us for Stop the Bleed Day 2026!

On Wednesday 29 April, we’re urging secondary schools across Merseyside to take part in this national day of action, giving young people the confidence to step in and save a life if someone suffers a life‑threatening bleed.

This practical training is suitable for Year 7 and above and teaches simple, life‑saving techniques that every young person should know.

🩸 Spotting a life‑threatening bleed
✋ Applying pressure effectively
🧻 Packing a wound
🧵 Improvising a tourniquet

We’re proud to support the Merseyside Violence Reduction Partnership as they work with Knifesavers, citizenAID and the Greater Manchester Violence Reduction Unit to bring this empowering training to schools across our region, helping young people understand the consequences of violence and giving them the skills to act when every second counts.
