What better way to support someone you care about than by bringing people together for a brilliant day of netball? 🏐💙

A fantastic netball tournament was recently held in support of Emma, who is living with lung cancer — raising an incredible £1,520 for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who played, organised, donated and helped make the tournament such a success.

And a special shoutout to the umpires for proudly sporting their Roy Castle t-shirts! 👏🏐

It’s moments like this that show just how incredible the lung cancer community is.

💙⛳️ £3,905 RAISED!⛳️💙

What a day — and what an incredible tribute to Betty. ❤️

The Betty Kilburn Golf Memorial 2026 has raised an amazing £3,905 for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation.

Betty sadly passed away from small cell lung cancer in 2007. Before she passed, her grandson made a promise to keep raising money to help fight the disease.

Nearly 20 years later, that promise continues. 💙

A huge thank you to South Kyme Golf Club, everyone who played, donated, sponsored, bought raffle tickets, bid in the auction or helped make the day possible. 🙏🏻

🎉 10 years. £46,000 raised. One seriously brilliant supporter. 💙

For around a decade, the amazing Thrudball team have been raising money for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation through their annual event.

And this year, they’ve done it again — raising a phenomenal £8,500, taking their total to an incredible £46,000! 🤯👏
