Southport Men's Shed - "Hammer Time" Hammer Time is a DIY group open to all adults, aiming to improve mental well-being and develop skills

We are a men's shed style project aiming to improve mental health, increase skills and knowledge, and promote community resilience. The project is predominantly aimed at men from Southport aged 18 plus, but it is open to women too. We are always looking for ideas for small projects, tool and equipment donations, skills to share and new members. We run every Monday and Friday from 11am until early

afternoon at Southport Community Centre, on Norwood road. For more information please contact 01704 517810, option 2.
