Redcaps Surf Life Saving Club Chalkwell Recaps Surf Life Saving Club (SLSC) is the first SLSGB affiliated club in Essex. The Club runs every Sunday 10am - 11am

The club provides Beach Lifeguard training to its members up to NVBLQ level. We also provide a completely free fitness session (Sundays 10-11) open to anyone (16+) The Lifeguard Fitness Club is a completely free fitness sessions run by a qualified beach lifeguard. The fitness sessions include body weight work, functional exercises and rescue inspired fitness. So if you want to get fit, stay fit or

add some variety to your training program pop down to Chalkwell Lifeguard Station (Chalkwell Esplanade, Southend-on-sea, Essex SS0 8JH). The club is open to anyone and to all fitness levels as the programs suit all abilities. Under 16's welcome but must train with a parent/guardian (they can't just watch).
