🌍🎨 Over 170 children engaged through four fantastic cultural events!

Throughout August, Emma and Jamie from SAVS have had a brilliant time joining Kiwi Productions’ four-part cultural series at Victoria Shopping Centre, which brought families together to explore and celebrate cultures from around the world. 💙

6 August – Philippines
13 August – Türkiye
20 August – Italy
27 August – Ukraine

Across the four events, children and families enjoyed everything from singing, dancing and crafts to games, food, culture and art – creating a fun and welcoming space to learn something new together.

SAVS also used the fantastic venue and activities to engage more than 170 children through interactive play sessions with an important message from Anglian Water about protecting our drains and environment. 🚽💧

Children learned that wet wipes should never be flushed, and that only the 3 Ps belong down the toilet:
✅ P*e
✅ Poo
✅ Paper

A huge thank you to Kiwi Productions and Victoria Shopping Centre for four brilliant events and for giving us the opportunity to share an important environmental message with so many children and families while celebrating Southend’s diverse communities. 🌎✨
