🛒 We're at Tesco Extra, Southend tomorrow! 💚

The Storehouse team will be collecting food donations at Tesco Extra, Prince Avenue, Southend-on-Sea on Saturday 25th July. We'd love for you to come and say hello if you're out shopping.

Every tin, packet and cupboard staple you donate helps local individuals and families facing hardship. With demand for our food bank continuing to grow, your kindness really does make a difference.

If you're able to, please pop an extra item into your trolley and donate it to us. Together, we can support our Southend community. 💙

What a fab day! 😊

Feeling really proud to have shown the High Sheriff around Storehouse today and shared all the amazing work we do to support our Southend community.

I absolutely loved visiting Southend Storehouse this morning. The warmth and kindness of staff and volunteers was evident from the moment I arrived. The Storehouse has a Foodbank and a cafe where guests were tucking into beans on toast. Later they would be offered beef stew for lunch. There are family sessions and ladies sessions where they like to play bingo. The staff and volunteers are so passionate about what they are doing and it really shows. Guests told me it’s a lifeline for them and how much they enjoy coming here. If you’re in the area why not consider joining their lovely band of volunteers? Well done everyone at Southend Storehouse - you are doing a brilliant job!
