I would’ve done anything to keep my baby.

I would’ve traded sleep.
Comfort.
Certainty.
My own body, my own peace, my own plans.

I would’ve taken more pain if it meant more time.
More fear if it meant more heartbeats.
More scars if it meant you stayed.

People like to say “there was nothing you could’ve done.”
And maybe that’s true.

But that doesn’t stop a parent’s mind from listing everything they would’ve given up anyway.

Because when you lose a baby, it’s not just grief.
It’s the instinct to protect with nowhere to go.
It’s love with no place to land.

I didn’t lose you because I didn’t want you badly enough.
I didn’t let go.
I didn’t give up.

I loved you with everything I had.
And I would’ve done anything to keep you.

Sadly babyloss & domestic violence so often come hand in hand but everything has its purpose and now I know that my beautiful girl really was sent to free us from a 25 year cycle of abuse.
She opened my eyes so I can see the true darkness in this world, expose it & fight for change! 😍

💔🌸 October isn’t just pink and purple… it’s pain and power.

This month we honor both Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness and Domestic Violence Awareness — two heartbreaks that often walk hand in hand, but are rarely spoken in the same breath.

Some mothers didn’t just lose their baby…
They lost them because of someone’s hands.
Because of fear.
Because love wasn’t safe.

And yet — those same women are warriors of silence, carrying both grief and survival in the same heart. 💜💗

If this is you — you are seen.
You are not alone.
You deserve to heal in peace, to be held without judgment, and to speak your truth without fear.

This October, let’s remember:
💗 Babies gone too soon.
💜 Women who had to choose survival.
💗 Families forever changed.
💜 And the strength it takes to rise again.
