Join the Resident Complaints Review Panel
SEH are looking for new members to join the Resident Complaints Review Panel. Several current members have reached the end of their two-year term, so now is a great time to get involved and have your say.
The panel helps South Essex Homes learn from complaints and make services better for everyone. Members work together to review information, share ideas and suggest improvements.
Over the last two years, the panel has:
Met with different teams to learn more about the services they provide.
Helped identify ways to promote services to residents who do not often make complaints.
Created an easy-read guide to the Complaints Policy and Frequently Asked Questions, which is available on our website - https://southessexhomes.co.uk/complaints
Reviewed complaint performance and suggested improvements.
Checked complaint responses to make sure they are clear, fair, respectful and easy to understand.
By joining the panel, you can help make sure residents' views are heard and that lessons are learned from complaints to improve services.
No special experience is needed, just an interest in helping make a difference.
