Well done to everyone who braved the rain this morning to join our 5KYW. It was lovely to meet Mandy and Lesley, two new participants and also see some familiar faces. Our coffee at the Bellemoor was definitely improved by Caroline’s delicious flapjacks and banana and chocolate cake!

James and I went to Laytown Beach parkrun this morning! It's not as warm as the UK so it was the idea time to use my hoodie and spread the word!

A hot walk/run today. There were more people than shown in the photo but they were all trying to find some shade! Iced coffee in the air conditioned Bellemoor was very welcome. Roll on next month.

It’s going to be still warm tomorrow morning but not as bad as it has been -about 22-23° at 9.00am. If you feel it’s too warm to walk/run 5k then why not just join us for coffee at the Bellemoor!
