We are extremely grateful to the Albert Hunt Trust who have again provided us with a generous grant of £4000 to enable us to help even more children and young adults facing a life limiting illness. A grant of this magnitude goes a long way.

The monetary value of support we can provide to families is proportionate to our being a very small charity.

Nonethless, we love to bring a smile to the face of a child or young person such as 'N', age 15 who wanted something to distract him whilst facing long periods in hospital.

With over 1600 pieces, we just hope he doesn't drop it. That's a lot to pick up again!😄

Loss of income for families where a child or young adult has a life limiting illness is very common and inevitably, fun trips and activities are often put on the back burner in favour of stretching income to meet ongoing bills and commitments. This is often a source of worry for the family, who whilst dealing with all of this, also want to be able to enjoy time with their poorly family member.

We were very pleased to be able to help the family of P, who is 23. We hope that the family enjoy being able to do things with P, without the worry of having to balance the budget for once.

Mobility is invariably impacted for a child or young adult suffering from a life limiting illness. Things that they used to enjoy doing become a challenge for both themselves and the entire family.

We were delighted to help towards the cost of a special buggy for M who is 7 and who loves the outdoors.
