MuSoc MuSoc is the official Music Society for the University of Southampton. Run by students, we provide performance opportunities and socials for our members.

MuSoc is the official Music Society for the University of Southampton, linked with the university's Music Department. Run entirely by students, the society helps to advertise local gigs to members, as well as providing performance opportunities as well. Some of the events we run include the annual Grade One-athon, in which participants learn an entirely new instrument from scratch and aim to achie

ve grade one by the end of the year, and our MuSoc Takovers, which is a monthly live gig we run at The Talking Heads in Portswood featuring artists and bands from the university.
