Elizabeth Kell Community Hall
Situated on the Ground Floor of Edmund Kell Unitarian Church, Off London Road, Bellevue Road, Southampton, SO15 2AY, our esteemed Elizabeth Kell Community Hall is available for your diverse event needs.
The hall welcomes bookings for meetings, conferences, puppy training, yoga sessions, birthdays, and more. With a secure capacity of up to 100 people, it provides a versatile space for various gatherings.
While the venue holds a license for alcohol consumption, obtaining a TENS license is necessary for its sale.
Furthermore, we are proud to announce our full PRS license, allowing the playing of music and movies within our venue.
The hire rate encompasses the complete utilisation of the hall, including tables and chairs, our projector, audio equipment, and access to the well-equipped brand new kitchen.
The kitchen is furnished with a fully operational cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, and a comprehensive set of cutlery, crockery, knives, and other essentials.
Edmund Kell Chapel
Our distinguished Chapel is situated on the upper level, accessible via stairs or our passenger lift.
It is important to note that the chapel is exclusively reserved for non-eating events; however, exceptions are made for tea, coffee, and water.
Available for hire, the chapel accommodates a variety of functions including meetings, conferences, yoga sessions, religious services, pet funerals, funeral services, weddings, and more.
Equipped with a grand piano, projector screen, video conferencing tools, tables, chairs, and a built-in audio system, our chapel offers a comprehensive event experience.
We also hold a full PRS license, permitting the play of all music and movies within our venue.
The hire rate encompasses the use of the chapel, all accompanying tables and chairs, and access to our audio equipment.
For weddings, we provide specific rates, and our venue is licensed for marriage ceremonies, with the option for officiation and registration.
The maximum capacity for meetings or conferences within our venue is set at 60 persons.
