Our final day in beautiful Folgaria and all skiers made the most of it. Nearly every team stayed out all day to make the most of every last bit of the trip. Every one of them progressed hugely this week, and us guides learnt a lot too. One huge highlight was having Mark along who is totally blind, but has developed a system of following a skier with a boom box on their back so he can follow the music! All our guides learned so much from him and gained invaluable experience and expertise from him. This will perhaps put us in a better position to help more blind people in the future.
As a fabulous week draws to a close, we want to thank all skiers, helpers, guides and organisers for putting on yet another incredible week. Thank you…next stop, uk south coast dry slopes!
