💪 New Term Timetables 🦵

This is your sign to sign up for that class that you have been putting off joining. The kids/grandkids are back at school. Your friends have started back at their classes. What is stopping YOU? 🤔

Come join our small, friendly Circuit classes. This is YOUR workout at your level. You decide what weight you would like to lift. How far you want to push yourself. I will be there to guide you.

For further details: comment below or or email: [email protected]

Looking forward to the new term!
