Knives - Ruin - Lives K-R-L Football Team - City of Southampton Sunday Football League. Any charitable donations have been given to Knives-Ruin-Lives via ThroughUnity.

Knives-Ruin-Lives is a campaign that was set up after Lewis Singleton was brutally murdered in 2007.We aim to raise the awareness of knife crime in which ever way we can, whether it is through charitable functions, youth groups or workshops in schools Formed of Lewis' friends after his death, this is their 5th season - but their first in the premier league. Knives-Ruin-Lives - Lewis Singleton Memorial Cup - Royal Mail offices around Southampton have competed for the cup for 3 years now.

Want to be part of the Solent Sports Family and be part of something pretty special? ⚽️

We’re looking for new faces to join our league teams

Hamble & Hedge End:
- U10 players (lower ability or new to the game)
- U12 players (lower ability or new to the game)
- U15 Girls, new team in div 2.
- Vets Over 35s Goalkeeper (experienced, team pushing for promotion!)
- Experienced female players, ideally a defender and midfielder. (team pushing for third promotion in three years).

Portsmouth:
-Female players new team in Division 5.

Whether you're just starting out or ready to compete and climb to higher leagues, there's a place for you. At Solent Sports, it’s all about making lifelong friends, supporting each other, and enjoying the game—no pressure, just belonging.

New players are also welcome at our “wellbeing over winning” Recreational sessions based at 19 different locations across the south.
These are great for those wanting a kickabout without the competitiveness of a league game.
The Rec groups also feed into our charity teams.
