76th Southampton Property Association Annual General Meeting
After a two year absence because of Covid, we are delighted to return to the beautiful surroundings of the Officers’ Mess of the University Training Centre in Carlton Place for the 2023 AGM.
Please therefore regard this as formal notice of the 76th Annual General Meeting of Southampton Property Association to be held at 6.30 pm on Monday, 23rd January 2023 at 32 Carlton Place, Southampton SO15 2DX.
The evening will commence from 5.30 pm with complimentary refreshments, served by the committee, and conclude with a CPD talk, which this year will be given by Helen Carr, Professor of Property Law and Social Justice at the University of Southampton.
There is no charge for the evening, but because of the sensitivity of the location we need all guests to advise that they are to attend using the Eventbrite link below please. Regrettably, we may be unable to admit those who have not done so, or indeed should the number attending reach the building’s authorised capacity.

A secret ballot for 12 committee places will be held at the AGM and only those members present at the AGM can vote. No proxy votes will be accepted.
A collection for our chosen charity, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance will be made during the evening.
