A fantastic night last night as we welcomed in our new Chairman, Chris Schutrups. Chris also welcomed Brian Butcher as his President for the year.

Chris gave his thanks to outgoing President Ben Fowler for a fantastic year, and expressed his excitement for all of the great work Southampton RT4 will do this year.

We all wish Chris a fantastic year as Chairman, and look forward to seeing what the year has in store.

Last night, Southampton Round Table proudly hosted our annual Cheque Giving Night at the Harbour Hotel, hosted by our Chairman, Ben Fowler.

It was a fantastic and heartwarming evening that brought together our members and their families to celebrate a hugely successful year of fundraising. Through the collective efforts of the Round Table £40,000 has been raised for charitable causes in and around Southampton.

A particularly special part of the evening was hearing directly from representatives of the charities we support. Learning more about the vital work they do, and how the funds raised will be used to make a real and positive difference within our local community, truly reinforced the impact of our efforts.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our events, donated their time, and contributed to another outstanding year of fundraising. Together, we continue to make a meaningful difference in the community we are proud to be part of.

Southampton Round Table 4 are delighted to be co-hosting another event at in support of Southampton Neo Natal unit.

7th March from 18:45, Guests will be welcomed and hosted in style at the fantastic The Grand venue, with a three course meal, as well as live entertainment and a DJ.

Tickets are available on Seven Rooms, and all proceeds raised will go towards supporting these fantastically worthy causes.

👏🏼 Another unforgettable night at for their Burns Night, supporting .rt4 and our chosen charities.

In total we raised just under £12,000 for some amazing local charities, including the Neo Natal unit.

Both our Chairman, Ben Fowler, and our Vice Chairman Chris Schutrups were present, along with a great turnout from Southampton RT4 and joined with friends, guests and loved ones.

We’re honoured to be asked to support these events, and shine a light on the great work that these charities do for our community.

Another incredible Banquet and Ball over the weekend, thank you to everyone who came and made it possible.

🎇 An absolutely incredible evening yesterday, as we all came together to deliver the Southampton Fireworks 2025! 🎇

We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of the fantastic volunteers who gave up their evenings for free to ensure that all of our guests had a safe and enjoyable night.

The funds raised from this event, as always, will go towards local charities, supporting the amazing work that they do for some of the people in our community who need it most.

We hope to see you again next year, in the meantime, stay tuned to see what’s next from RT4!
