Beyond Reflections We are Beyond Reflections, a charity operating in England and Wales, supporting trans+ people and their families.

Beyond Reflections is a registered charity (1187351) supporting trans+ people, their families and close friends at safe, confidential meetings across Hampshire and Dorset. We offer one-to-one counselling, workshops, facilitated group work, advocacy, advice, training, networking and other support. Healthwatch Portsmouth is carrying out a survey exploring trans and non-binary people’s experiences of GP services in Portsmouth. Healthwatch works to ensure that inequalities in health and care access are identified, monitored, and reduced. This survey aims to understand barriers experienced by trans and non-binary people when accessing GP services, including experiences of inclusion, communication, and support within primary care. If you are trans or non-binary and registered with a Portsmouth GP practice, please consider taking part and sharing your experiences.

📋🔬INTRODUCING OUR NEW TRANS+ RESEARCH HUB🔬📋
We want to uplift and support trans researchers and/or people researching trans topics, as well as helping to increase the visibility of trans+ research and their work. That's why we've created the Trans+ Research Hub! a new space and community for researchers (a term which we are using broadly, you don't have to currently be in academia to join the hub) to share knowledge and resources.
The hub is still developing and growing and we need your help, please join us for our first sharing session on Tuesday 30th June 12:30 - 2pm to share your research and discuss what you would like to get out of this space. The Paul Draycott Awards are back for their 3rd year! and Nominations are already open! Do you know a trans persons or trans-led organistion that deserves recognition? or perhaps an ally that, although not trans themselves, has done great work to help and support the community? now's the time to tell us all about them, and get them nominated for an award.
