The 26th of July 2014! The Southampton Sports Day came to the Southampton Outdoor sports Centre for a great day which was jam packed full of fun, competition & yet more fun! As well as Sports, there were several stalls & games, inflatables for kids & adults, and a fire engine even made an appearance. The Mayor arrived to play hockey with the kids and the Daily Echo showed up to take a few snaps of

the Sports Day. The various volunteers helped the kids to enjoy themselves and have fun, and there was certainly a good feel to the whole event. Everyone left after the raffle with smiles on their faces having had a fun day out, and presumably (for the more mature athlete) to the Sporting View to quench their thirst after the workout they got in the especially sunny weather!
