BURRIDGE SUNDAY FUNDAY - 5th July

Stall holders required for our Sunday Funday on Sunday 5th July 2026. The event will run from 11am to 4pm.

The Funday will be held on Burridge Recreation Ground outside the Burridge Village Hall and is run by Burridge Community Association. All stallholders will need to provide their own gazebos, tables, etc. (We do however have some tables available).

We are looking for craft stalls, pocket money stalls, family entertainment and any unique sellers and businesses. There is no charge for stall holders or for people attending the event. There is plenty of car parking available.

Food sellers will require all appropriate hygiene certificates.

For stall application please email us with a short description of your stall to CouCouncillor Joanne Burton [email protected]

We look forward to seeing you.

Hello we are in search of a new cleaner for our lovely village hall. The role involves 3 visits a week for up to 2 hours at a time. We have an industrial floor scrubber/polisher and the hall is maintained to a very high standard for all of our users.

Due to some unreliable people wasting our time we would really appreciate positive recommendations for an immediate start.

Please email [email protected]

WE NOW HAVE NEW CLEANERS! THANK YOU TO ALL WHO EXPRESSED INTEREST

BOTLEY ROAD (A3051) CLOSURE

As part of the works to create a bypass to Botley the A3051 Botley Road will be closed near the Pinkmead junction for up to a fortnight at Easter to level the carriageway between the A334 and A3051. Diversion routes will be publicised nearer the time but I wanted to give residents advance warning of an area to avoid if possible.
