🎶 Warsash Community Christmas Carols! 🎄
Get your voices ready, Warsash! Join us TOMORROW for an evening of music, community spirit, and holiday cheer.

📍 Where: Shore Road Carpark (outside The Rising Sun) ⏰ When: Tomorrow, December 23rd @ 6:00 PM

To save the trees (and make sure you can see the lyrics in the dark!), we’ve gone digital with our song sheets, though there will be some paper copies on available on the night.

A few tips for the night:

Wrap up warm—it gets chilly by the water! 🧥

Bring a torch or use your phone light to see your way. 🔦

Invite your neighbours—the more the merrier!

Let’s fill the air with music and Christmas cheer. See you there! 🎅✨

🎶🎄🎄 It’s that time of year again 🎄🎄🎶

We are delighted to confirm that, weather permitting, the WARSASH COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS CAROLS will be going ahead at 6pm on Tuesday 23rd December, in Shore Road Car Park, outside The Rising Sun.

The Warsash Band will once again be leading us through 12 Christmas songs, with the help of some past and present pupils from Hook with Warsash Primary School, and if we are really good, there may even be a visit from Santa!!

Please remember to bring your best voices, plenty of Christmas cheer and if you can spare it, a few pounds to support our chosen charity Hampshire Search and Rescue.

Can’t wait to see you there!!

We can’t wait to see you all later at 6pm! Here are a few things to remember:

🎄 Bring your phone or song sheet print out (see link below) Limited printed copies will be available if you aren’t able to though!

🎄If your children would like to join in with Starry Night, please send them to the front during Little Donkey. There will be a couple of teachers ready to help them with the actions!

🎅🏼 There will be a surprise visit with treats during We Wish You a Merry Christmas so stick around!

🎄You will see our helpers carrying buckets. They would love any spare change you may have to donate towards the running of the Carols 😊 Alternatively our GoFundMe link is at the bottom of this post! Any surplus donations after costs are met will be donated to Hampshire Search and Rescue, who will also be there tonight to tell you about the amazing work they do.

🎄🎄🎄 3 Days To Go 🎄🎄🎄 and we can’t wait…

The song sheets are printed, with huge thanks to Footprint South…
The lighting is charged, with thanks to West Hill Park School
And… we have a sound set up with massive thanks to The Armstrong Family

We are proud to be supporting Hampshire Search and Rescue again this year, who will be on site with their Landrover from 5pm. Volunteers are very happy to show you around the vehicle and tell you about the services they offer as support to the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary in missing and vulnerable people searches.

We will have collection buckets and Tap-it machines to collect any charitable donations on the night but if you, or any business you know, might like to support the event in advance, then we would be very grateful for donations made through our Just Giving Page below.

Any donations over £50 get a tag and shout out on Facebook!!!

The dust has settled, the carols have faded, but the memories of the Warsash Community Christmas Carols still linger! ✨

We're overwhelmed with gratitude for each and every one of you who joined us for such a heartwarming evening. The atmosphere was electric, the turnout incredible, and the smiles on your faces were the greatest reward.

These carols wouldn't have been possible without the incredible support of our friends and family. A massive thank you also to:

* The Warsash Band
* Whiteley Events
* Will Cowley

Without your generosity and time, the carols wouldn’t have been the amazing event it was!

And thanks to your generous donations on the night, we're thrilled to announce that we've not only covered our costs, but also raised over a whopping £1300 for the vital work of Hampshire Search and Rescue! More details to come on how this money will make a huge difference to them.

Thank you for making this Christmas in Warsash truly unforgettable. 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
