Our story

Hi there

We were founded in 2016 as an organisation for women working in digital and technology on the South Coast. We have collaborated both with BCS (British Computer Society) and Lean In which has increased our reach and growth.

Fast forward to 2019 and we remain a thriving group who meet once every 2-3 months and we cover a wide range of topics such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, career planning, maximising use of social media, intersectionality and the Me Too campaign to name but a few. Its safe to say that we cover more than digital matters but we have retained the name as its become known to our longer term members
