📍 𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲, 𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘆 & 𝗨𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗧𝗼𝗿𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘆

75 bands will perform across the two days, all hoping to become Regional Champion and qualify for the National Finals in York & London. Due to the number of bands competing, two venues will be used over the weekend: Riviera International Centre & Upton Vale Baptist Church.

🪻 Happy International Women’s Day from Ocean Brass! 🪻
Today we’re proud to celebrate the incredible women who help make Ocean Brass the band it is. From powerful performances to the dedication behind the scenes, the talent, passion, and commitment of the women in our band inspire us every single day.
This year feels especially meaningful as over half of the players representing Ocean Brass at the upcoming WEBBA Regional Championships in Torquay are women. Their musicianship, teamwork, and determination are a huge part of what drives our sound forward, and we couldn’t be prouder to have them leading the way.
To all the amazing women in our band — and to the women who support, teach, encourage, and inspire us — thank you for everything you do. 🎺💙🥁
Here’s to celebrating women in brass bands today and every day. We can’t wait to take the stage in Torquay together! 🌴

Ocean Brass Band is looking for a Musical Director!

We're a friendly and ambitious 2nd section contesting band based in Eastleigh, Southampton. Our members are enthusiastic and committed, ranging from seasoned veterans to talented younger players. We are looking for an MD who can harness this energy and drive us forward.

Not long now until our Festival of Remembrance Concert!🎶

🗓 Date: Sunday 2nd November
📍 Venue: Copythorne Parish Hall, SO40 2NZ
🕕Time: 6:00pm
🎟 Tickets: Available on the door for £10

The concert will feature a light entertainment programme, followed by some musical reflection as we actively remember the Armed Forces and their wider community. All proceeds go to The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
