First bat survey of the season.

The survey season has officially started, and we are out and about across Hampshire.

Yesterday started with a nesting bird check, followed by some dormouse checks, and finished up with some ECoW.

A few pictures of a clipex fence we helped to do the clearance for, and helped to install for Vesper Conservation & Ecology .

Unfortunately we weren't there for the end to replace the barbed wire to get finished pictures.

Not ecology related but still very interesting.

We have been working alongside a team of archeologists for the last few months, and here are a couple of their finds.

An oyster shell necklace at over 6000 years old and a Roman glass Chalice.
