As Autumn begins, we are currently organising Southampton’s Trans Day Of Remembrance observance for this year.

Like last year, we are looking to both read the names, have some short speeches from members of the trans+ community, and stay together as a community into the evening.

We’re getting very, VERY close to Southampton Pride 2026, so here’s a quick heads up on entry guidance before you join us next weekend. 💜

We want everyone to have an amazing time, and a big part of that is keeping the event safe, welcoming and running smoothly.

🔍 There will be security searches on entry, so please take a moment to check what you can and can’t bring with you:

🚫 No alcohol
🚫 No open liquids
🚫 No glass
🚫 No illegal substances
🚫 No dangerous items
🚫 No fireworks or smoke bombs
🚫 No unauthorised leafleting
🚫 No party political banners

🥤 Bringing a drink with you? Soft drinks need to be sealed and unopened. Essential liquids such as baby milk and medicines will be considered by our security team.

🍻 Don't worry, there'll be plenty of opportunities to grab a drink once you're inside, with alcohol available to purchase on site.

🪪 Challenge 25 will be in operation across all bars, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25, make sure you bring valid ID!

And one final reminder: Pride+ wristbands do not mean priority entry. Southampton Pride remains a non ticketed event, with the same entry process for everyone.
