We understand this news may be met with a range of feelings within the community. Please be assured that the intention is to ensure all residents can still access the right support and channels for their needs.

While the association will no longer continue in its current form, we’d like to remind residents that a residents’ association can be started by anyone in the community — it simply needs enough committed members to make it effective and sustainable.

Thank you to everyone who has supported and been involved with the association this year.

Flying Fields Estate Update – May 2025

We’ve been working closely with District Councillor for Southam South, Gillian Padgham, Taylor Wimpey, and Stratford’s planning team to address footpath and landscaping issues around the estate.

Inspections confirm that several Breadon gravel paths need remedial work, and Groundworkers are now coordinating with Taylor Wimpey’s Adoptions Manager to finalise the repair plan. Some dead trees and overgrown areas will also be tackled soon.

Locations for path repairs are marked on a map with orange dots. We’re continuing to chase updates and will keep you informed.
