Saturday 7th March we have science:
Why is planet Earth so special? In our solar system, Earth is the only planet with the right conditions for living things to exist - a mild temperature, liquid water, and a suitable atmosphere.
Come along and create your own mini ecosystem by making a jam jar terrarium (photo included). We will also explore how Earth's atmosphere compares with other planets, and how that affects the temperature of the Earth's surface.

Saturday 17th - we have Kalma life working through some breathing techniques to support young peoples mental health and wellbeing, helping with anxiety, worry and emotional regulation. We will be practicing gentle stretches together to help you feel good in your bodies, learning poses to support development, strength and resilience. There will be some mindfulness practice and relaxation to close the session. Limited spaces

📚 Our last free Home Ed Group Session for December is tomorrow!
This is a fun and supportive space for children and young people with SEND who are home educated to explore new interests, learn more, and socialise with others.

This session, we will be doing sewing and all materials are included plus we have sewing machines so please join us for our last session! 💛

Explore, play, and discover through sensory fun. Parents & carers can connect over a cuppa in a supportive space.

🎨 Free Tuesday Craft Sessions
Each week we try to create something new! Adults can also drop-in to socialise. Tomorrow’s craft session is on, we will be doing Christmas themed crafts, such as Christmas Cards to send off to your loved ones if you haven’t already 🎨

Don’t fancy making Christmas cards? 🎄We have other crafts available at the Hub you can try making such as fuse bead art or painting if you made an ornament last week! (Materials supplied)

For young adults with SEND – make friends, join games and activities and work towards the Mencap Award. Meal included!
