Scottish Cup 1st round saw both 2011 squads playing away from home.

Rapids were away to West Lothian opponents, Livingston FCC on Saturday, with the home side coming out 3-1 victors.

Galaxy were away to fellow SERYFA opponents, Leithen Vale SC this morning, with the visitors leaving with the spoils of a place in the 2nd round.

Condolences to the Rapids, dust yourselves off and focus on next weeks game and congratulations to the Galaxy who will wait to find out who they face in round 2.

Both sets of boys and coaches would like to thank all the travelling parents and supporters for their encouragement from the sidelines and look forward to seeing you all again next weekend.

The boys match their great performance with a well deserved result. With everyone playing their part and keeping to our game plan. Some really nice football being played. Keep it up boys.

We would like to thank all the parents and supporters for their shouts of encouragement throughout the game.

The Galaxy had a frustrating final result in what was a wet and windy night at The Hub.
Having went 1-0 up we were pegged back with two strikes from distance. Lots of positives for the boys from tonight who deserved to take more from the match. It was a great game of football for any neutrals watching. Let’s keep these performance levels up and move onto the next one.
The boys and coaches would like to thank all the parents for their support in the poor weather conditions. 🟡🔵⚽️
