Deep Roots : Festival of The Arts

Deep Roots Festival will be held 10th - 13th June 2021 in the historic market town of South Molton in beautiful North Devon. Unfortunately this year’s June event had to be cancelled due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

South Molton is nestled in the foothills on the edge of Exmoor National Park, and this busy town boasts individual shops, a twice-weekly Pannier Market and weekly livestock market.

Deep Roots Festival, the annual flagship project of Arts Destination South Molton, a charity working with a wide range of local community groups, shops and businesses, schools, care homes etc. and will present Art Exhibitions, Music - Gypsy Funk, Jazz, Rock etc., Community Arts Projects, Drama, Dance, Pop-up Poetry, Buskers, Author’s Talk & Cream Tea, Beaford Arts Photographic Exhibition, Storytelling and more, over four days!

Deep Roots Festival is presented and organised by volunteers on the Arts Destination South Molton group and is planned to become an annual event for the town.
