This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re encouraging everyone to take action for mental health.

Small actions can make a big difference – whether that’s checking in on a loved one, reaching out for support, or taking time to look after your own wellbeing.

At BSMHFT, we’re here to support you every step of the way. We know that taking that first step can feel difficult, but help is available when you need it.

Our services offer compassionate, accessible support for people across Birmingham and Solihull, including options available 24/7 for those who need immediate help.

👉 Take action today by visiting our website to find out more about the support and services available.
👉 Learn how to access help for yourself or someone you care about.

Together, we can break down stigma and create a community where everyone feels supported.
