To ensure we keep all the participants safe throughout this great event, we need a minimum of 50 adult volunteers to help between 7am til 9am on Kit Check.
There are various roles to suit all: simply ticking off names on an attendance list, handing out trackers, checking team info, kit checking (to ensure everyone has the correct kit so that they are safe for the event), directing participants, and directing cars in car park area.
There’s a person heading up each area, who will guide and help you, and everything is explained at the briefing. It's also a bit of a laugh too.
You will need to be at Blythe Valley Park Car Park for 7am.
