What a lovely way to start the weekend! ✨

This morning, I had the absolute pleasure of being invited onto Vibe25 Radio, Breakfast Bangers with Becks to talk about my journey with keratoconus, sight loss, adapting to life with vision impairment, and the realities of being a SEN mum.

I was especially honoured to be Becks’ very first guest appearance, and what a fantastic job she did. From the moment we started chatting, she made me feel completely at ease and so welcome. It felt more like a conversation with the old friend that she is than an interview.

Having opportunities to talk openly about sight loss is so important. Every conversation helps raise awareness, challenge misconceptions, and hopefully reminds others facing similar challenges that they are not alone. Life may look different than we expected, but it can still be full of purpose, joy, growth, and new opportunities.

A huge thank you to Becks and everyone at Vibe25 Radio for giving me the space to share my story. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and wish Becks all the success in the world with her show 💛
