1st Olton Scouts

During the Campfire, on the last night of Discovery Camp, our Scout leader Akela was awarded the Chief Scouts 15 Years Of Service Award.

It was a shock for all of us as none of us knew he had achieved this. What a wonderful way to acknowledge the hard work and volunteering,

Well Done Mark “Akela” 🥳

Discovery Camp 2026

We had Beavers, Cubs and Scouts from 1st Olton join county camp and we couldn’t be more proud of them. They took part, helped when they could and made friends with other groups!

A big thank you to our leaders and parent helpers who made this possible, from attending camp, to helping with putting up tents and packing away.

Thank you to county for putting on this amazing camp and giving the young people the opportunity to accomplish new things.

We cannot wait for the next camp!
