Our flexible 12-week physical activity programmes are designed to help you move more in a way that suits your lifestyle - and they’re completely free!
Choose from:
• Move More with Thriving Nottingham - welcoming, circuit-style sessions led by our friendly practitioners at community venues across the city
• Wellbeing Walks - relaxed weekly walks through Nottingham’s green spaces, open to all and supporting both physical and mental wellbeing
• Thriving Activity Pass (TAP) - access to 12 free sessions at local leisure facilities, including gym, swimming and exercise classes
• Partner activities - a variety of sessions delivered by trusted providers, including Nordic Walking, Clubbercise, Pilates and more
