as The Midlands Lithuanian Community, it expanded as a multicultural community centre, assisting and educating the new members of British society, providing information about integration into the UK business environment, making accessible advisory services on welfare benefits, housing, immigration, providing courses and classes. The purpose of our project is by using native languages of Eastern Europe to make migrants from various countries to be aware about existing services and agencies in the UK so they understand, access and utilize these services. Our goal is to help East-Europeans regain their confidence, learn about their rights and responsibilities within the UK job market and be able to live, work and become fully integrated in the community without the fear of being excluded due to language barrier or cultural background. We provide career and employment advice and guidance face to face and online, so our clients can reach us at any time and receive professional and qualified support. We deliver welfare assistance and support on immigration, employment, housing and homelessness, by contacting behalf of our community’s members with public authorities and professionals. We organise workshops and social events, with aim to raise motivation, reduce isolation and making a friendship, so our communities receive more options to integrate in the British society and become fully involved in the current life and integration
