Here's something that's happening two months today...

It's this year's Sleaford Christmas Market!

There’ll be plenty to see and enjoy as Sleaford has its big festive moment, from Victorian carol singers to horse carriage rides, and of course the big guy himself will be there in his sleigh. 🧑‍🎄

Who else is looking forward to it?

P.S. Don't forget the Christmas Tree Festival which happens that same weekend!

Don't forget, it's the big Jigsaw Sale this weekend, 10am-1pm on Saturday at Quarrington Church. Grab yourself a puzzle and help raise money for St Barnabas Hospice. 🧩

Please note we have now taken our last batch of jigsaw to the volunteers so we can no longer take any more donations at YLL HQ.

A huge thank you to everyone who brought in their unwanted puzzles. We had HUNDREDS of them!

We hope they find plenty of new homes on Saturday and help raise lots of money for a wonderful local cause!

Quiz time again last night at the annual Chattertons Solicitors’s Charity Quiz Night at the Solo Club!

We didn’t quite live up to our team name yet again, but at least we helped raise lots of money for their nominated charity, the UK Sepsis Trust. Well done, everyone!

It’s a good job we got that question right about which bear celebrates 100 years this year… especially as we’ve got something about that in our October edition! 😬 🐻

After interviewing the cast on this month's Strong Lincs Podcast, Rich and Dan were at the Sleaford Playhouse Theatre last night to see opening night of Art by Gone Rogue Theatre. Wonderfully performed with lovely moments of humour and poignancy. It's on again tonight, Friday and Saturday!
