Shire Lodge 5610 - Sleaford, Lincs We are a lodge of Freemasons that meet in Sleaford, Lincolnshire from Sept to April. Every member who joins has a different view on what Freemasonry is to them.

To some it is a place to make new friends. To others, it is another way to contribute to society, as Freemasonry is one of the largest charitable organisations in the world. It is apolitical and non-religious and focuses on improving yourself both morally and spiritually. We meet in Sleaford, Lincolnshire eight times a year starting in September and finishing in April. We always meet at 18:00 on the third Friday of the moth. We love to welcome visiting masons and you can book a meal by sending us a message here on Facebook. If you would like to know more about Shire Lodge or you would like to have a chat with a view to becoming a mason one day you can message us here.

Here’s your chance to meet the Exec

All Lincolnshire’s Freemasons, including the Rough Ashlars, have been invited by Provincial Grand Master Dave Wheeler to meet him and his Exec Team this month – and he’s also throwing in a free breakfast bap and a brew.

The event runs from 9am on Saturday October 17th at the Sleaford Masonic Hall, and if you’d like to be there please register by contacting Steve Henman by emailing [email protected] or ringing him on 07446 880005 by Sunday 11th October.

Dave, pictured above, said: “I am writing to welcome you to Freemasonry in Lincolnshire and to extend a personal invitation to join me and other members of my Provincial Executive team and the Lincolnshire Rough Ashlars for an informal but informative New Members Morning.

“I have no doubt the morning will answer many questions for you. We’ll dress casually in a relaxed atmosphere, getting to meet and know each other and Freemasons from other Lodges in a similar place to you on their Masonic journey.

“We shall have a series of short presentations followed by the opportunity to ask questions. I am sure you have already discovered that becoming a Freemason is life changing. It presents the opportunity to become friends with people you would be most unlikely to meet in any other way and as such is life-enhancing too.

“I do hope you will be able to join us.“
