Edwin will tell us about his work to raise awareness about the town's regeneration and improve the look of the town centre.
Improved signage and repairs to heritage shop fronts are planned.

Regeneration underway with funding secured for refurbishment and renewal of street furniture in Skipton with thanks to Mayor of York and North Yorkshire, David Skaith and York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority

Plus a shop front improvement scheme to support businesses.

Working with the BID, and other stakeholders, this project will deliver town centre improvements and keep Skipton looking fresh 🫧✨

✅'Vibrant Skipton' project secures funding!✅

We're delighted to be a partner in the 'Vibrant Skipton' project, led by Heart of Skipton CIC.🙌

The campaign will deliver a programme of renewal and refurbishment activities designed to maintain Skipton's reputation as a high-quality, must visit destination.😍

The project will be used to fund will shop-front improvements, as well as renewing street furniture and wayfinding signage around Skipton!⭐

As the BID, we’re delighted to be a part of this project that will no doubt bring further benefit and a refreshing feel into our town centre.✨

Funding for this upcoming campaign was secured from David Skaith, Mayor of York and North Yokshire's Vibrant and Sustainable High Streets Fund.👏
