To every volunteer, partner, and supporter: thank you for being the heartbeat of this mission. Your kindness is creating real impact beyond the streets we serve.

Join us again on the first Saturday of June as we continue spreading hope, sharing love, and uplifting lives together.

Our 10th Community Food Drive was truly on another level today! 💛

It was an incredible time of building connections, supporting individuals, and providing food surplus along with essential supplies to families facing financial challenges due to the rising cost of living.

Moments like these remind us that even the simplest acts of kindness can bring hope putting smiles on faces and restoring dignity through genuine care and compassion. 🤝

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers and partners who continue to show up, give selflessly, and make this possible. 🌟

💚 Sharing Time Befriending Service – Sittingbourne & Swale 💚

At Helps for All CIC, we provide a community‑based befriending service supporting people across Sittingbourne and the wider Swale area who may be experiencing loneliness, isolation, reduced mobility, or ill‑health.

Our trained and DBS checked volunteers offer friendly companionship, emotional support, and practical help, helping people feel more connected, confident, and supported in everyday life.

✅ What we offer:
🤝 Face‑to‑face befriending – regular visits at home or in the community

📞 Telephone befriending – friendly, regular calls for companionship

🧍‍♂️ Emotional support and social connection

🛒 Practical everyday assistance (shopping, appointments, paperwork)

🌿 Gardening support and light domestic tasks

🍲 Healthy meal preparation

🚶 Wellbeing outings and community integration

🚗 Travelling companion support

Support can be short‑term or ongoing, depending on individual needs.

👥 Who can be referred?
• People experiencing loneliness or isolation
• Those with reduced mobility or health challenges
📌 Referrals can be made via ReferKent and Community Catalyst, or individuals can self‑refer directly.
