💜 Well, that was such a terrific term! 🥳

🎨🖌️ We’ve had the best time crafting, playing games, building awesome creations…and getting messy with some sensory fun! 🃏🫧🧱

😊 We’re taking a little break over half term and will be back on 2nd November, ready for another fabulous term full of fun! 🥰

💜 We hope you have a fantastic half term, making lots of magical memories along the way! ✨
We can’t wait to hear all about the fun you’ve been having! 😁

🌈 Through our Clubs and Nurture On The Road sessions, we support children to take charge of their wellbeing, helping them to:

💜 And just like that, Friday is here! 🥳 And this week, we’ve been celebrating a very special birthday… Winnie-the-Pooh is 100! 🧸🎂

🧸 This wonderful bear and his fabulous friends have so many amazing adventures! They show us that by working together and accepting each other just as we are, we can achieve so much. 💜

☺️ Pooh also takes time out of his day to do “nothing” — reminding us how important it is to slow down, enjoy the little things and take time for ourselves. Whether it’s playing Poohsticks on a bridge, enjoying a quiet walk or simply having a little rest, these moments can help bring us back to happy when those uncomfortable feelings strike. 😍

💜 Wow! Last week was such an incredible week! 🤩

🥰 Our fabulous Clubs and school sessions were just awesome, and then we felt so privileged to take some Nurture crafts to a wonderful wedding reception! 💍🎨

😁We had the best time meeting all the amazing guests and having lots of Nurture fun with the children! 🥳
We’d like to wish the gorgeous bride and groom lots of love and happiness in their future together. 💕

🤩 Now, onto this week… It’s the LAST week of term! How did that happen?! 🤣

🌈 And we’ve got some super sensory fun planned to round off this fabulous term!

💜 Today is World Mental Health Day. 💜

🥰 Today, we’re sending love to everyone who might be finding things a little difficult, whatever that looks like for them. 💜

🤗 Sometimes, we don’t know what someone else is going through, so a little kindness, a listening ear or simply letting someone know we’re there can mean so much.

🌈 Let’s keep checking in on each other, spreading kindness and reminding people that they’re not alone.

😁 Another week has flown by and it’s Friday again! 🥳

💜 This Friday is a day very close to our hearts… day! 💛

💛 is a day run by YoungMinds to raise awareness of young people’s mental health and to remind them that they are not alone.

💛 So, if you can, wear yellow today to show young people they are not alone and that things can get better! 🌈

💛Sometimes, the smallest things we do can make the biggest difference to someone else.

💜 Thank you for another brilliant breathing post The Contented Child

😊 Mindful breathing can be a really helpful tool when we’re experiencing uncomfortable emotions. It can help slow our heart rate, release muscle tension and help our busy brains move out of ‘fight-or-flight’ mode, helping us to bring ourselves back to happy. 💜

😄 We’re going to try this one in our clubs this week!
