It's that time of year again. These are the tales behind the traditional sightings of ghosts in Devon.

I can be found at various odd places in Devon telling some of these ghost stories and will be on BBC Radion Devon TELLING some of them ( not reading them aloud!) Dates to be confirmed.

I have now collated ( day by day) the 50+ storytelling and related events at Sidmouth Folk Week. This will enable story lovers to find the events, and hopefully introduce you to some events you might not have found.

I can't guarantee I found all of them, and you might not agree with my definition of storytelling ( some are creative oral history performances) but I shall aim to be there.

this is the Sidmouth Festival of Flags- and the Sid Vale Storytellers us flying high! can you guess which one it is? I designed it, and my friend Gagasue Craft did most of the work! they are hanging from 15th July to middle of September.
