SAVE THE DATE!!
Our next event to raise funds to have a carnival parade in Sidmouth will be on the Friday 15th May.

Sadly we have already 'lost' a poster from a sidmouth public notice board that was only put up on Wednesday night 😞 please share and tag your friends.

The Sidmouth Illuminated Carnival Committee is just 12 volunteers that work to raise the approximately £6k needed to host the annual town carnival.

The clubs and individuals that work all year to create the entries would not be able to showcase their entries in Sidmouth without the work we do to make sure Sidmouth still has a carnival.

If you spot a poster on a board it would be great to take a photo and post it online to show your support for the carnival committee. Thank you🤗

Ever wanted to join Sidmouth Carnival but have questions? Hopefully some of these will help you make your decision!

Who are you?
We are Sidmouth Carnival.
We organise the carnival that entries attend.

How committed do I need to be?
We run one fundraising event per month and have one meeting per month. On carnival weekend you need to be around all day on the Saturday and Sunday.

Do I need any skills?
No skills needed just an enthusiasm to put on an annual event for the town to enjoy.

Do I need to pay to join?
You don’t need to pay anything to join us but equally you won’t get paid either. This is a voluntary event.

How can I get involved?
Come along to our AGM on Wednesday 18th March 7:30pm at The Blue Ball in Sidford.
