The Village Hall

Siddington Village Hall, Gloucestershire, UK, sits in the heart of the village on Ashton Road, just a short distance south of the shop and post office. It was built in 1921 in memory of those from the village who died in World War I, and since then it has become the hub of the community, providing a venue for clubs, classes, fetes, parish events and celebrations as well as privat

e parties. Anyone can hire the hall on a regular or one-off basis and can choose between the spacious main room, which holds up to 100 people, and the smaller committee room, which is ideal for meetings or smaller groups. Hire charges are very reasonable and there are discounted rates for Siddington residents. Additional reductions are available for regular bookings and block bookings of a morning or afternoon. The hall is managed by a team of friendly trustees, all Siddington residents themselves, whose aim is to maintain the building to the highest standards. And, I think you'll agree, it look fabulous ❤️

With a refresh of content and sparkly new images from , and the expertise, skills and professionalism of our excellent web and digital designer, Megandmore, our new site went live to the world this week.

Treasurer Trustee Position Vacant at Siddington Village Hall

Due to the relocation of our present incumbent, we have a vacancy for a voluntary, part-time Treasurer-Trustee.

Siddington Village Hall is a charitable facility run by an amazing group of volunteers who put on events, manage and improve the building, look after the finances and bookings, and enable others to provide a wide range of community activities.

We are seeking a Treasurer to look after the financial record keeping, online banking, cash management and financial reporting. This individual would be well supported by the Chair, Secretary and the rest of the Committee and guided by our departing Treasurer in the simple processes required.
