We provide help and support for the following issues:

* Low self confidence

* Divorce / Loss / Separation
* Abuse / Trauma
* Unemployment
* Bereavement
and many other issues

We aim to see clients within 7-10 days of their initial contact. Sessions are available for a minimum donation of £20 individuals and £25 couples. Concessionary rates are available. There are no limits placed on the number of sessions that a client may have.
