The day is almost here! Join SADS UK in lighting a candle on the 8th of December in honour of those who have sadly passed from a heart condition / living with a heart condition today.❤️

So many of our supporters have loved their candles and will be joining us on the 8th to light them in solidarity with the rest of our members all over the world.❤️

There is still time to join us for our World SADS Candle Lighting Ceremony!
