Many thanks to the lovely members of the Brockton/Worthen Callow Club who recently arranged a fundraising dinner party that raised over £260. The donation was tripled by Operation Sabre, with £800 recently sent to Targu Mures Red Cross. Many thanks to Magda and her team who delivered on our behalf Christmas hamper gift sacks to some of the most vulnerable in Mures County 🙏🇷🇴🤝🇬🇧❤️

Santa's Sabre Elves were joined by His Majesty's Ambassador Mr Giles Portman, Prefect of Mures County Mr Antal-Szabolcs Barabasi and General Calin Handrea (Chief Inspector of ISU mures) for the presentation of Christmas gift sacks to the beautiful residents of the Capusu de Campie Special Needs Home.

Once again, many thanks to our army of UK knitters, your lovely teddies, hats, gloves, twiddle muffs, cardigans and blankets have brought much happiness and warmth to those receiving them during this season of Advent - thank you 🙏❤️🎅🧑‍🎄🎁🇷🇴🤝🇬🇧

Santa's Sabre Elves were busy again today, working in partnership with the Targu Mures Red Cross to deliver 100 Christmas gift sacks, each filled with knitted hats, gloves, teddies, toiletries, chocolates and much, much more. The gifts were presented to some of the most vulnerable children in Targu Mures, including Ukrainian refugees 🇬🇧🤝🇷🇴🎁🧑‍🎄🎅

Well done to Magda and all the wonderful Red Cross staff and volunteers who care for these children daily 👏👏👏
