Happy World Bee Day. Let’s take a moment to think about the amazing things our pollinators do. They pollinate our crops, crops to feed animals, the flowers and trees in our gardens and countryside. Not only do they provide food for our physical health they enhance places we can be one with nature and help our mental health. Remarkable for such a small creature.

Do you want to be a beekeeper? There are still places left on our Wednesday Beginner's Course Starting Wednesday 1st July for 6 weeks. A combination of classroom teaching and apiary hive inspections taught by some of the most experienced beekeepers in Shropshire. Find out if beekeeping is for you. Feel the rush as you open up a hive of several thousand bees for the first time. Bee suits and gloves provided.
