📢 Important Booking Policy Update
Due to a high number of no-shows at previous workshops and activities, which resulted in young people on waiting lists missing out, we have introduced a new booking policy:
✅ Full payment must be made within 72 hours of booking by cash or bank transfer (payment details given on booking confirmation).
❗If payment is not received within 72 hours, your booking will be cancelled and the space will be released to the next person on the waiting list.
If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to another young person.
Please note that cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop or activity date are non-refundable.
Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us ensure as many young people as possible can enjoy our summer programme.
