Rainy days just bring out a different kind of magic on the farm! 🌧️🌾
We didn’t let it dampen our spirits, instead, we embraced the welly boots and welcomed a wonderful group of young minds to explore the incredible journey of wheat.

Together, we traced its cycle from a tiny seed in the soil, to the golden fields & combine harvesters of summer, and to how that very grain becomes the bread in our lunch boxes. 🍞✨

Teaching the next generation how we grow food in a sustainable, nature-friendly way is always a joy - even when we’re dodging downpours! It was the perfect reminder of how every season, and every bit of rain, helps feed us.
A huge thank you to our brave little explorers for bringing so much sunshine to a rainy day on the farm. 💛

Yesterday’s Bespoke Women’s Circle & Healing Retreat was a beautiful reminder of what happens when we slow down and allow ourselves to simply be. 🌿✨

Nestled here on the farm, surrounded by the gentle rhythm of the land, a wonderful group of women came together to pause, reflect, and connect. 💚
Together, we carved out a sacred space to truly rest and nourish our minds, bodies, and souls. 💖
From the grounding energy of the earth beneath us to the soothing vibrations of the gongs, every moment was an invitation to release what no longer serves us and welcome in deep restoration.

It is an absolute honour to facilitate these days of wellness and celebration of nature, watching strangers become community and seeing weary spirits leave feeling lighter and renewed.
Thank you to the beautiful souls who joined Amanda & I yesterday. Your presence made the day incredibly special. 🤍

Celebrate the Summer Solstice at Truleigh Centre ☀️

Join Emma up on top the South Downs to honour the longest day of the year. We’ll gather for a soul-soothing Soundbath, followed by an invitation to watch the sunset -feel free to bring a picnic and soak in the midsummer magic.

The Details:
• Soundbath & Sunset: £15
• The Full Experience: £35 (Includes the Soundbath, sunset, overnight camping, and a guided sunrise walk).
• Sunrise Walk only: £5 (For the early birds!)

A Note on Weather:
High summer can be unpredictable! If the clouds roll in, we’ll move the Soundbath inside the Truleigh Centre.
Important: Inside space is limited! The first 18 tickets booked will secure a guaranteed spot indoors if it rains. I’ll release more tickets as the forecast clears closer to the date.
